TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to CROWNED Jehovah Rapha. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, and the purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. COMPANY INFORMATION

2. DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of these Terms:

“We,” “Us,” “Our,” or “Seller” means JC Commerce, trading as GetCROWNED Jehovah Rapha.
“You,” “Your,” “Customer,” or “Consumer” means any natural person purchasing products for personal, non-commercial purposes.
“Products” means all items offered for sale through our website, including print-on-demand and, where applicable, personalized or made-to-order items.
“Print-on-Demand” or “POD” means products that are produced after an order is placed and are often made specifically for the customer.

3. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using this website and placing an order, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or territory of residence, or that you are using this website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3A. GEOGRAPHIC RESTRICTIONS

We only accept orders from and ship to addresses located in the United States and Canada.
We do not accept orders from or ship to addresses in the European Union, European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or any other jurisdiction outside the United States and Canada.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that does not comply with this restriction, including orders placed using forwarding services, mail forwarding addresses, or proxy shipping addresses.
By placing an order, you represent and warrant that your shipping address is located in the United States or Canada and that you are not using any forwarding service to circumvent these restrictions.

4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CONTRACT FORMATION

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse, reject, limit, or cancel any order for any lawful reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, misuse, pricing errors, product description errors, production issues, suspected unauthorized transactions, or incorrect billing or shipping information.
An order confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance of your order. A binding contract is formed only when your order has been accepted and processing has begun.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled order.
If, in exceptional cases, a product is temporarily unavailable after your order is placed, including due to material shortages or fulfillment issues, we will inform you and refund any amount paid for the unavailable product or affected portion of the order, or for the entire order where appropriate.

5. PRINT-ON-DEMAND SERVICE

Our products are custom-made to order and fulfilled through third-party print-on-demand production partners. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that the product is uniquely manufactured for you after purchase.
Because products are made to order, production times may vary and standard retail return practices for non-custom goods do not apply.
Once production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.

6. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS, MOCKUPS, AND COLOR VARIATIONS

We make reasonable efforts to display our products as accurately as possible. However, you acknowledge that:

  • colors may appear differently depending on your device, screen settings, and lighting;
  • print placement, scale, texture, and finish may vary slightly from on-site mockups or product images;
  • minor variations between mockups and the final delivered product do not constitute a defect.

Mockup and Lifestyle Images:
Product images and mockups displayed on our website are for illustrative and inspirational purposes only and are intended to show the general appearance, style, and design of the product.
Mockup images may include staging, props, furniture, bedding, décor, backgrounds, and other elements that are not included with your purchase. Only the specific product described in the product listing is included in your order.
Mockup images are digitally generated representations and may not reflect the exact appearance of the final printed product. Actual products may vary in color, texture, print placement, scale, and finish as described above.

Product Specifications:
You are responsible for reviewing all product details, including size, material, care instructions, and other specifications before placing an order. Product dimensions and specifications are provided in good faith but may be subject to minor manufacturing tolerances.

Errors and Corrections:
Such minor variations are inherent to custom print-on-demand production and shall not be grounds for return, refund, or replacement unless the item is materially defective or damaged.
Obvious mistakes or errors, including clear pricing errors, typographical errors, or inaccurate product information, are not binding and may be corrected by us at any time before shipment.

7. PRICES, TAXES, CUSTOMS, AND DUTIES

All prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and are exclusive of applicable sales tax, GST/HST, VAT, customs duties, import fees, and other governmental charges unless expressly stated otherwise.
Where required, applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For international shipments, including shipments to Canada where applicable, the customer is deemed the Importer of Record and is solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, clearance fees, or similar governmental charges imposed by the destination country or jurisdiction.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, border inspections, or other governmental actions.

8. PAYMENT

Payment must be received in full before production and fulfillment begin. By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any transaction that we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of these Terms.

Accepted Payment Methods:
We accept payment via major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout, processed through secure third-party payment processors including Mollie cards, and other approved payment gateways.
All transactions are processed in USD (United States Dollars) unless otherwise indicated at checkout.

9. SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND DELAYS

Our products are made to order. Typical production time is 2-7 business days after order placement and payment confirmation. Shipping time varies by destination and selected shipping method, typically 3-10 business days for standard shipping within the United States and Canada.
Total estimated delivery time = production time + shipping time.
All shipping and delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise. Actual delivery times may vary due to production complexity, carrier routing, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, force majeure events, incorrect address details provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
An order may, in some cases, be delivered in more than one shipment, including due to logistics routing, warehouse location, or product type. Where available, separate tracking information may be provided for each shipment.
Title to and risk of loss for products pass to you upon our delivery of the order to the shipping carrier.
If we are unable to ship your order within the time stated at checkout, or if no specific time is stated, within a reasonable time, we may notify you of the delay and provide you with the option, where required by applicable law, to consent to the delay or cancel the affected order for a refund.

10. INCORRECT ADDRESS / UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

The customer is solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If a package is returned to us or to our fulfillment partner due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, non-collection from a pickup point, or non-payment of applicable import duties, taxes, or clearance charges, we may offer reshipment at the customer’s expense.

Because our products are made to order, orders returned for any of the reasons described above are generally not eligible for a refund, including the original shipping costs.

If reshipment is not possible, unavailable, or declined, the returned item may be disposed of, donated, or otherwise handled by our fulfillment partner in accordance with their operational procedures.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

11. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

11.1 Final Sale

Because our products are custom-printed on demand, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, incorrect size selection, incorrect color selection, or other customer preference-based reasons. Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details, specifications, and size information before placing an order.

11.2 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives materially damaged, materially defective, or materially different from the item ordered, you must notify us promptly, and in any event no later than 30 days after delivery, by emailing support@getcrowned.shop.

Your claim must include:

  • your order number;
  • a clear description of the issue; and
  • clear photographs showing the problem.

Claims submitted without sufficient information, supporting evidence, or clear photographic proof may be denied.
We reserve the right to determine, acting reasonably, whether an item is materially damaged, materially defective, or materially incorrect. Minor variations in color, print placement, size, texture, or finish that are inherent to print-on-demand production and consistent with Section 6 do not constitute defects.
If a claim is approved, we may, at our discretion, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability.

11.3 Lost in Transit

Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted promptly, and in any event no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
We reserve the right to investigate such claims with the carrier and fulfillment partner before issuing any remedy. A package shall not be deemed lost if tracking shows delivery to the address provided by the customer, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
If a lost-in-transit claim is approved, we may, at our discretion, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.

11.4 Return Address and Unauthorized Returns

The return address may differ depending on the product, destination country, and fulfillment partner. Do not return any item without first contacting us and receiving the correct return instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorization or sent to an incorrect address may be delayed, refused, returned to sender, or become ineligible for refund or replacement. Any additional forwarding, return, or handling costs arising from an unauthorized or misdirected return may be charged to the customer, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
In some cases, we may determine that a return is not required and that photographic evidence is sufficient to process a claim.

11.5 Exclusions

For the avoidance of doubt, we are not responsible for and will not provide a refund, replacement, or other remedy for claims arising from:

  • incorrect size or color selected by the customer;
  • dissatisfaction based on personal preference, expectation, or subjective opinion;
  • minor variations inherent in print-on-demand manufacturing;
  • incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer;
  • packages refused by the customer;
  • packages not collected from a pickup point within the applicable timeframe; or
  • damage, loss, or deterioration caused after delivery, including through misuse, improper care, normal wear and tear, or handling by persons other than us or our fulfillment partners.

12. CHARGEBACKS AND FRAUD PREVENTION

You agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes. Where we reasonably believe that a chargeback has been filed fraudulently, abusively, or without first contacting us to attempt resolution, we reserve all rights and remedies available under applicable law.
We also reserve the right to refuse future orders from customers engaged in fraudulent or abusive purchasing behavior.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, designs, graphics, logos, images, branding, product concepts, and website content, is owned by or licensed to CROWNED Jehovah Rapha and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, exploit, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.

14. WEBSITE USE

You may not misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the functionality or security of the website, scrape content, or use the website for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
In the event of misuse, we reserve the right to restrict access to the website, refuse orders, cancel transactions, and take any other action permitted by law.

15. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CROWNED Jehovah Rapha, ITS OWNERS, AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND FULFILLMENT PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF USE, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR PURCHASE OF ANY PRODUCT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO A PRODUCT OR ORDER SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT OR ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable law.

17. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

The name “Jehovah Rapha” and any associated wording, themes, or imagery used by CROWNED Jehovah Rapha reflect expressions of Christian faith and spiritual belief. Our products, branding, and website content are intended for inspirational, faith-based, and decorative purposes only.
They are not medical products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any illness, disease, or medical condition. Nothing on this website or in our products constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical concern.

18. PRIVACY

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.
Depending on your jurisdiction and the nature of our business activities, you may have privacy rights under applicable laws, including certain U.S. state privacy laws and Canadian privacy laws. Please review our Privacy Policy for details regarding how we collect, use, store, and disclose your personal information, and how you may exercise any rights available to you.

19. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

By using our website or placing an order, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including order confirmations, shipping notifications, customer service responses, and legal notices. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing, to the extent permitted by law.

20. FORCE MAJEURE

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, governmental actions, pandemics, transportation disruptions, supply shortages, customs delays, carrier interruptions, or failures of third-party service providers.
If we cancel an order due to force majeure before delivery, we will refund any amount paid for products not delivered.

21. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time in our sole discretion. Any changes will become effective upon posting on this website, unless otherwise required by applicable law. The version in effect at the time of your order will apply to that order.

22. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, excluding its conflict of laws rules. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is expressly excluded.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude, restrict, or deprive a consumer of any mandatory rights or remedies to which they may be entitled under the laws of their state, province, territory, or country of residence.

23. MANDATORY CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in your state, province, territory, or country of residence.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed modified only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

24. SANCTIONS AND EXPORT RESTRICTIONS

You may not purchase products from us where such purchase, export, import, or delivery would violate any applicable trade sanctions, export controls, or other laws and regulations. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that would, in our judgment, violate applicable law.

25. NO WAIVER

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

26. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and JCC Commerce, trading as Get CROWNED Jehovah Rapha regarding your use of the website and the purchase of products from us, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, agreements, and understandings, whether written or oral.
