SHIPPING POLICY (North America)
1. FULFILLMENT & PRODUCTION TIME
All our products are custom-printed on demand. Please allow 2-7 business days for production before your order is shipped. During peak seasons (such as holidays), production times may be slightly longer.
Total estimated delivery time = production time + shipping time.
2. SHIPPING TIMES & CARRIERS
We ship to all 50 U.S. states and all Canadian provinces. Estimated shipping times after fulfillment are:
- USA: 3-6 business days via USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
- Canada: 4-9 business days via Canada Post or other local carriers.
- Please note: These are estimates, not guarantees.
3. SHIPPING ORIGIN
Your order will be fulfilled from the nearest available facility in the USA or Canada to ensure the fastest delivery. If an item is out of stock at a local facility, it may be shipped from one of our other global locations.
4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
5. CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES (FOR CANADA)
While we strive to ship Canadian orders from within Canada, some items may occasionally ship from the USA. In these cases, the Customer is responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may be applied by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA).
