Returns & Refunds Policy
At CROWNED Jehovah Rapha, each item is made to order especially for you. Because of this, we keep our returns policy clear, fair, and tailored to the nature of print-on-demand products.
Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, incorrect color selection, accidental orders, or personal preference after delivery.
Because our products are made to order, returned items usually cannot be restocked or resold.
Please do not send any item back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may be delayed, refused, or lost in transit, and this may affect whether a refund, replacement, or other resolution can be offered.
Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us at support@getcrowned.shop within 30 days of delivery.
To help us review your claim, please include your order number, full name, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item. Where possible, please also include photos of the packaging and shipping label.
If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following, at our discretion: a replacement, a reshipment, or a full or partial refund.
Normal wear and tear, improper washing, misuse, or damage caused after delivery are not considered product defects.
Lost Packages
If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date at support@getcrowned.shop.
Before a lost-package claim can be finalized, we may ask you to confirm your shipping address and check with your local post office or shipping carrier.
If tracking shows a package as delivered but you did not receive it, please first check around your delivery location, with neighbors, or with the carrier. Cases marked as delivered are reviewed individually and are not automatically treated as lost-in-transit claims.
Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item qualifies because it arrived damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution.
